Let's Not Get Too Fat, K?
Hi, I'm Sam. You may know me as wherethefishlives on Xanga, but for the sake of health, you're going to address me as Sam on this blog. Got it?
Alright, so Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming up, and that means a lot of food is coming your way...unless you're homeless, which in that case, I'm sorry. Come to my house for Thanksgiving. You can eat in the garage, but then you need to be on your way.
I'm going to see what kind of health advice I can pull out of my ass for my blog here on healthkicker, but in the meantime I want you to give me 20 pushups and a jig.

Sam you're here? lol nicee i thought you were taking a break from xanga but glad to have you on board. Maybe you can submit some very interesting and outrageous posts
@healthkicker - I've had a couple of days to cool down about the whole thing, and I regret letting a few jerks overshadow the hundreds of awesome people I've met here. I was angry (obviously) when I wrote that "hiatus" post.
When I went to WordPress, I felt like I abandoned my regular readers. I couldn't even reply to comments at WordPress without downloading some kind of plug-in, which pissed me off royally. So yes, I'm back! And I believe I will spend some time contributing some stuff here on healthkicker. So prepare yourself...

20 push-ups I can do...but can I skip on the jig? =D?

K, so I'm walking briskly 5X a week on hilly terrian (31/2 miles) and keeping the calories to 1200 / 1400 per day. Workin' on it!!! I am lame at the strengthing stuff, but I do some bodyband exercises, just NOT enough! I wil be stoppin' by for some tips!

I only got about 15 push ups... but I did the jig... Does that suffice???
I will resurrect my rendition of the Mexican Hat Dance for you. And buddy, if you're calorie conscious, you don't wanna see the dessert I made for my birthday yesterday. People from all over the world will be severing their left pinkie toes for a slice of it. Unfortunately, I don't have much use for a pile of bloody toes.
Push-ups? In yer dreams, my young friend.
As for dancing the jig, I am reserving that for the day after we finish moving (which, by my calculations, will burn about fourteen million-gazillion-kajillion calories anyways).
I can't wait to see what kind of "health tips" you come up with, considering your previous "advice" (cough-nipslip-cough) posts.
