Pop it Like it's Hot
I'm a cracker, and it's not just because I'm white.
I crack my neck...my back....my knuckles and my crack. OK, just my neck and knuckles - sorry, I got caught up in a little Khia. I used to pop my back, but about a year ago, I made a conscious effort to never do it again, and so far I've noticed less back pains. I still pop my neck and knuckles, though, and it's strictly become a nervous habit. A lot of it also has to do with the amount of time I'm sitting at a computer.
You wouldn't think clicking and sitting would cause so much strain, but it does. And I'm only 22, so I just can't wait to see what I'm going to be like when I'm 40.
I do have neck pains every now and then, and when I turn my head left, I can hear a little pop when I turn it back. It's not as horrible and painful as it sounds, just annoying, kind of like a clicking jaw.
Do you pop a lot of stuff on your body?

My wrists, my knuckles, my toes, my ankles, and my knees...but if I don't pop my knees then they won't allow me to walk.
Oh, and my jaw pops too...on its own tho.
I've never been able to intentionally crack any knuckles/joints in my body, which I'm glad for. I hear it can lead to problems like arthritis. That and the sound just gives me the chills.
I dont try and pop any of my body parts.

I HAVE to pop everything.. I have a mild case of arthritis since HS and its been getting worst, soooo if I don't end up popping some joint, my chiros will -_-
I wish there was something I can do to stop the pain :( let me know if u ever find out....
My right big toe cracks no matter how many times I do it.I crack the knuckles on all my fingers, my back, and my wrist also pops as much as my big toe.
My hips and shoulders crack every so often. It's painful. D:
My husband does he even pops his elbow which I didn't even know is possible. and its loud and pretty nasty sounding.
I head that the story that cracking your joints leads to arthritis is a myth. So keep cracking away.
I crack my knuckles, and very few times my neck. Been trying to give up the habit but college is making it worse.
I only crack my knuckles. Every time I hear someone crack their back or their necks, it just makes me nervous.
Thanks to sports, I need to crack my back and neck or I'll hurt for the rest of the day.
I crack my ankles when I wake up and sometimes when I lay down for bed. Usually, the only time I crack my knuckles is when I'm trying to be hardcore or something.
I am physically unable to pop my knuckles. But I do crack my shoulder blades.
